Managing e-mail accounts
You can manage the e-mail accounts that are connected to your hosting package within the Service Centre. This overview walks you through the different possibilities.
Configuring e-mail client
It can be convenient to manage your e-mail using an e-mail client, like Thunderbird, Apple Mail or Outlook on a computer. Or the K9 mail app, iOS mail app or the Gmail app on mobile devices. Here you can view the server settings which you will need to configure your e-mail client.
Using our Webmail
It is possible to read, send and manage your e-mails via our webmail client: Roundcube. It is also possible to change some of the settings for your e-mail address via the webmail interface. Settings such as changing the password, configuring a forward, setting an Out of Office reply, or fine tuning your spam filtering settings.
Migrating your e-mail account
In addition to moving your domain name and website to Greenhost, you often want to transfer the e mails as well, and preferably with the same folder structure as in your current e-mail account. The best solution for this is to create both the old e-mail account and the new one in IMAP in your e-mail program.
